Key Account Manager - Animal Nutrition
Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Key Account Manager in the field of Animal Nutrition. Based in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh, this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage key accounts, build strong relationships with customers, and support distributors in the area.
What you'll do:
As a Key Account Manager in Animal Nutrition, you will be instrumental in developing our client's feed additive business. Your primary focus will be on proactively acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. You will have a deep understanding of the value chain of account customers to deliver the products, programs or services they need. With your excellent self-management skills, you will take charge of your own training and development needs to meet business objectives fully.
- Prepare and implement business plans on key accounts in your area.
- Frequently visit customers to establish a strong relationship and understand their needs.
- Manage and provide support to distributors in your area.
- Take personal responsibility for your own training and development needs with the support of your supervisor.
- Ensure good communication with other Key Account Managers.
- Prepare and fulfil yearly budgets.

Your degree in Veterinarian, Veterinary Medicine, or Animal Husbandry equips you with the technical knowledge necessary for success. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build robust relationships with customers and distributors alike. - Degree in Veterinarian, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry or relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Feedmills or Animal Feed Additives/Supplement industry.
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with regional colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of situations.
- Negotiation skills.
- Self-management and self-organization skills.
