Our client is a leading global innovation service provider in the specialty chemical and food ingredients industry. They are currently seeking a Business Manager for their CASE department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to promote the company, increase sales of existing business, and build new businesses in the CASE industry. What you'll do:

As a Business Manager for CASE, your mission will be to promote the company, increase sales of existing business and further build new businesses in the CASE industry. You will work closely with the Senior Business Manager to identify additional opportunities. Your role will involve managing a set range of accounts in Vietnam, developing existing customers and attracting new ones in the CASE market segment. You will also be responsible for securing and developing new businesses, obtaining new suppliers and product lines.

  • Manage a set range of Accounts in Vietnam, further develop existing customers and attract new ones in the CASE market segment.
  • Work closely with the Senior Business Manager, identifying additional opportunities.
  • Secure and develop new businesses, obtain new suppliers and product line.
  • Manage, develop and understand the needs of a growing customer base.
  • Seek out, analyse and develop new accounts, promoting sales of both existing and development products.
  • Identify and recommend new product range opportunities through market survey.
  • Create and communicate development plans to ensure that business objectives are optimised.
  • Assist in sales and business development within Vietnam.
  • Support and coordinate the sharing of knowledge and synergies between countries.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Business Manager position will have a minimum Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry or other similar technical qualification. You should have experience in selling products in CASE. A good command of English (both written and verbal) is essential. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of progressive experience in sales/commercial/leadership roles. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering /Chemistry or other similar technical qualification.
  • Experience in selling products in CASE.
  • Good command of English (written and verbal).
  • 5 years of progressive experience in sales / commercial / leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organized, able to work well under pressure.
