Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role offers an exciting opportunity to guide and manage the overall provision of sales services, policies, and business development programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for business growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

What you'll do:

As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships with new and existing customers, identifying potential clients, and developing new sales areas. You will often travel to customer locations to ensure their needs are met. Your proactive approach will enable you to seek out new business opportunities in the market, negotiate and close business deals, as well as research the latest trends in the industry. Collaborating with cross-functional departments, you will ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Travel frequently to customer locations to ensure customers’ needs are met
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager position will have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing or a relevant field. You should bring more than five years of experience working as a Business Development/Sale Manager for an MNC. A proven track record of achieving business development goals is essential, along with experience in customer support and handling customer complaints. You should be good at budgeting, sales, and revenue planning, proficient in MS Office, and possess solid market knowledge and business development skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Over five years of experience as a Business Development or Sales Manager in a multinational corporation.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting business development objectives.
  • Skilled in customer support and complaint resolution.
  • Strong abilities in budgeting, sales, and revenue planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Extensive knowledge of the market and adept at business development.
