What you'll do:

As a Southeast Asia Business Development Manager, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the company's footprint across one of the most vibrant regions in the world.   • Act as the regional commercial lead by managing multiple markets with varying cultures and distribution models throughout Southeast Asia.
  • Drive acquisition of new customers, leads, and projects across priority markets such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand while identifying further opportunities within the region.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified leads and business opportunities.
  • Undertake technical sales activities to enhance brand recognition and grow market share by identifying new business prospects and increasing the customer base.
  • Develop effective sales strategies and appoint new dealers to extend end user reach within assigned territories.
  • Engage regularly with end users, key accounts, and distributors to understand their current needs as well as future requirements for market development.
  • Define the optimal product portfolio in coordination with customers, product management teams, and regional requirements; establish minimum stock levels and coordinate replenishment with customer service managers.
  • Participate actively in technical discussions with clients by delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and educating stakeholders on product characteristics and applications.
