What you'll do:

As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play an instrumental role in driving growth within the TPU business entity’s footwear segment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you engaging directly with customers across the APAC region—particularly those in the sports shoe sector—while also shaping broader market strategies that set new standards for innovation. You will lead impactful marketing campaigns that showcase cutting-edge material solutions at high-profile events and through digital channels. By forging strong relationships with key industry players such as OEMs and ODMs, you will ensure that your organisation remains at the forefront of technological advancements. In addition to managing sales pipelines efficiently, you will collaborate extensively with technical experts to guarantee seamless delivery of solutions that meet evolving client needs.   • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to the APAC footwear segment, focusing on expanding presence within the sports shoe industry through innovative approaches.
  • Lead marketing initiatives such as trade fairs, roadshows, technical seminars, and social media campaigns to promote advanced TPU solutions and enhance brand visibility throughout the region.
  • Identify emerging technologies—including SCF Injection Foaming and TPU alternatives to traditional materials—and apply technical expertise to address customer challenges effectively.
  • Gather, analyse, and interpret market intelligence in close collaboration with sales teams to inform strategic decision-making processes and support business objectives.
  • Build robust strategic account plans with clear goals and relationship mapping for key original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and original design manufacturers (ODMs), ensuring strong industry connections are maintained.
  • Manage pipeline performance by providing accurate forecasting, tracking progress regularly, and collaborating with various internal functions to ensure alignment with segment targets.
  • Execute direct sales activities aimed at achieving assigned business targets, including prospecting new clients, assessing customer needs, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and delivering compelling value propositions using strategic pricing methods.
  • Work closely with technical teams to resolve customer issues, support material trials, facilitate successful commercialisation of technical solutions, and address any technical concerns promptly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform ongoing strategy adjustments and maintain competitive advantage.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is required; proficiency in Mandarin would be considered an asset for engaging diverse regional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyse, and utilise market intelligence data to inform business strategies is important for making informed decisions.
