An exciting Business Development Manager job has just become available at one of the most respected global machinery firms based in Binh Duong. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a role for a technical sales in various manufacturing industries.
About the Business Development Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will increase our market share by developing new accounts and ready to take challenge for building Company industrial vacuum business to US$2.0 million within three year period; contribute to overall brand strategy and identify solutions; develop key market understanding of the vacuum market with maximum exposure for company products with emphasis on electronics, food packaging, tobacco, furniture, pharmaceutical, rubber, paper, can making, pharmaceutical and power plant.
- Organise, develop, and implement the Vacuum Solutions business strategy
- Execute planned objectives and strategies to achieve the required targets through customers and dealer network
- Follow up and report business trends and competitor activities in the country related to industrial vacuum
- Provide distributors, engineering consultants with quotes and technical information needed to acquire sales
- Work in cooperation with the company sales and service engineers through lead sharing and open communication with the intent of providing superb customer service, developing and maintaining excellent customer relations, ensuring total system solutions
- Provide marketing, product and technical support for industrial vacuum
- Optimise territory management to safeguard continuous growth business
To succeed in the Business Development Manager job, you must have Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent and established network in various manufacturing industries (electronics, food packaging, tobacco, furniture, pharmaceutical, rubber, paper, can making, pharmaceutical and power plant).
- Extremely dynamic person and self-driven with a strong positive attitude
- Proven years of sales and marketing experience at senior level from a sales company environment within the industrial vacuum industry
- Proven track record in identifying and setting up the required sales channels
- Very strong communication skills
- Previous experience of motivating and managing a network of distributors
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Good knowledge of systems used in daily operations and reporting
- Ability to build strong and effective working relations with customers and colleagues
