This role is responsible for promoting sales of industrial products and solutions in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with distributors in assigned territory
• Monitor, train, support distributors to enhance the business performance
• Collaborate with regional teams and local supporting teams
• Key contact to deploy new projects in Vietnam
• Work out sales strategies to ensure the annual sales achievement
• Manage subordinates to meet the business goals

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in related fields
• Minimum of five years of sales experience
• Knowledge in developing and working with industrial distributors in B2B
• Fluent in English
• Leadership mindset
• Willing to travel
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer mindset
