About the Sales Director Role:
As the Sales Director for Vietnam, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and business plan for Vietnam to achieve revenue targets and market expansion
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
Drive sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations, negotiations, and contract closures
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive product development and enhancements
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product roadmap
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management
Continuously assess and optimise the sales process, implementing best practices and leveraging sales enablement tools and technologies
Stay updated on industry trends and developments, sharing insights and recommendations to shape the company's sales strategy
To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about SAAS and EduTech.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the SaaS industry
Extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and exceeding targets
Strong understanding of the Vietnam market, customer needs, and competitive landscape, including experience participating in government tenders
Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making
Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to drive sales success
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in the Edutech or related industries is highly desirable
