This role is based in HCMC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing distribution models, analysing channel network effectiveness, building distributor capabilities and establishing Distribution Excellence models.

What you'll do:

As a Distribution Management Manager - Lubricants, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the distribution strategy of our client's products. You will be tasked with developing effective distribution models and channel strategies that ensure customer advocacy, footprint expansion and sales growth. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you assess the effectiveness of the channel network and devise plans for improvement. You will also be responsible for enhancing distributor capabilities and establishing Distribution Excellence models. Collaborating with regional project development teams, implementing project outcomes for the local team, and driving collaboration with Sales and Marketing are also key aspects of this role.

  • Develop distribution model, route-to-market, and channel strategies for both Sales AO & CI Maintenance, & CI Export (if required)
  • Analyse the effectiveness of the channel network and execute the improvement plan
  • Build capability of distributors, for both Sales AO & CI Maintenance, CI Export (if required)
  • Build up the Distribution Excellence models
  • Collaborate with regional project development team
  • Implement project outcomes for the local team
  • Drive-in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to build up strong channel sales and distribution
  • Measure performance/ feedback, design solution proposal | and prepare corresponding action plans

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Distribution Management Manager - Lubricants position brings a wealth of experience in sales, strategic selling disciplines, and tactical sales techniques within a related industry. The ideal candidate possesses excellent sales operation management skills coupled with relevant market knowledge and technical application. Strong network and customer relationships make the candidate adapt at new business development. A "can-do" attitude is essential for this role along with a good command of distribution management. The ability to collaborate effectively with various teams is also a key skill required for this role.

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, strategic selling discipline and tactical sales techniques in related industry
  • Sales operation management with good relevant market knowledge and technical application
  • Strong network and customer relationship with passionate and strong in new business development
  • "Can-do" attitude
  • Good command of distribution management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
