This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, expand market reach, and build loyalty with Dealers and Distributors. The successful candidate will have the chance to apply digital platforms for Dealers, stores, and contractors while ensuring all legislative and Regulatory requirements are met.

What you'll do:


As a Distribution Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth in the Northern region. Your primary responsibility will be leading a dedicated sales team towards achieving set business objectives. You will be instrumental in developing innovative sales strategies that not only expand our market reach but also increase sales volumes. Your role will involve building strong relationships with our existing dealers and distributors while simultaneously expanding our customer network. Leveraging your knowledge of digital platforms, you will deploy effective strategies that enhance our engagement with Dealers, stores, and contractors. In addition to these responsibilities, you will ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and Regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the market.
  • Increase sales and build loyalty with Dealers and Distributors.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors while expanding the customer network.
  • Deploy strategies to apply digital platforms for Dealers, stores, and contractors.
  • Meet all legislative and Regulatory requirements which relate to this position.


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for the Distribution Sales Manager role brings a wealth of experience in sales management within the building materials and retail sector. With a minimum of 10 years' experience under your belt, you have honed your ability to manage and develop Dealers and Distributors effectively. Your knowledge of digital platforms allows you to leverage them for business growth. Fluent in English, you possess excellent communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships with various stakeholders. Your leadership style motivates your team towards achieving set goals. You are highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities that allow you to navigate through challenges seamlessly. A willingness to travel as needed demonstrates your commitment to the role. Lastly, your analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking enable you to make informed decisions that drive profitable growth in the region.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales management, especially in the building materials and retail sector
  • Experience in managing and developing Dealers and Distributors.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and their application in business.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Leadership and motivational skills for the sales team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
