What you'll do:

You will also lead marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our D2C/CRM platforms while achieving sales and marketing KPIs.   • Develop a total CX strategy, customer journey, and loyalty program aligned with the company direction and business objectives.
  • Manage channel development - D2C, B2P, B2E: set and manage targets, grow sales, business development.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams for category sales management.
  • Develop customer benefits, touchpoint and loyalty program in collaboration with product and service department.
  • Lead marketing campaigns to promote D2C/CRM platforms to achieve sales and marketing KPIs.
  • Manage daily operations on the D2C/CRM platform including order processing.
  • Manage team performance, set KPIs, review performance, manage incentives and support career growth.
  • Plan and allocate promotion/advertising budget and resources of the team.
