Our client is seeking a North Sales Manager to oversee both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your strong leadership skills and extensive network with distributors. Reporting directly to the Sales Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and managing distributor relationships.

What you'll do:


As a North Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales strategies across both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels. Your key responsibilities will include developing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with distributors, and providing detailed reports on sales performance. You will lead a high-performing team, motivating them to meet their sales targets. Your keen eye for identifying emerging markets and understanding market shifts will be crucial in this role.


* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for MT and GT channels
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors
* Provide detailed reports on sales performance and market trends to the Sales Head
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing sales team
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
* Meet sales targets set within the given deadline

The ideal candidate for the North Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in senior sales roles. Your ability to build rapport with clients, coupled with your excellent leadership skills, will enable you to effectively manage our client's MT and GT channels. * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role

* Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends
* Experience managing distributors and good networks with distributors
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
