Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead their team in Ho Chi Minh. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans to optimise inventory turnover in the region, ensuring revenue growth aligns with the company's business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in a similar industry.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all sell-in, sell-through/ sell-out operations in the region. Your role will involve managing the distribution within the region to ensure sales performance, tracking and controlling samples, POSsM, display, and company’s assets at the point of sale. You will also be tasked with inspiring, managing, and directing sales forces (including ASM, Local Sales, PC), establishing performance goals and providing direction, guidance, and experience to foster a successful and positive team environment.

  • Manage the regional sales force to develop the sales strategy to meet the regional sales target
  • Forecast market demand and plan channel sell-in in alignment with trade terms
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and distribution agreements
  • Monitor distributions’ and key accounts’ PSI and resolve issues to maintain healthy inventory levels
  • Communicate with stakeholders to optimise inventory turnover in the region
  • Organise customer conventions, and marketing/promotion activities at points of sale
  • Review, analyse, and report regional sales performance against sales targets
