About the Specification Manager Role:

An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Specification Manager with our prestigious multinational organisation. In this strategic role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our brand's influence by overseeing the specification process within the designated country. Your role encompasses not only deepening relationships with key stakeholders but also aligning our products and solutions with the unique requirements of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve defined sales target for the region and the dedicated market
• Focus on project specifications into key project business in Vietnam region
• Perform market assessment to understand market situation, trends, customers. changing requirement and needs
• Building up a network with Interior Designers, Architects and Developers. Liaise with the Head of Sales to ensure requirements are met
• Use of CRM to plan and document all project related activities. Manage the project, funnel actively and build up new pipelines to meet the yearly targets and project hit rates
• Provide support for our distribution partners and provide constant know-how exchange. Plan and execute regular alignment meetings to grow the project funnel and secure projects

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Design or architectural diploma (Architect/Interior Design)
• Professional and fluent in English and local language
• MS office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience in the sanitary industry and specification methods
• Travel within Vietnam
• Persistent and resilient
• Constant willingness to learn
• Team player & social competence
