What you'll do:
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success. You will be at the forefront of our operations, working directly with our clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges. Your ability to conduct effective product demonstrations will be crucial in showcasing how our solutions can address these challenges. Your responsibilities will also include preparing compelling technical proposals for potential clients. Furthermore, your commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships will ensure we continue to deliver exceptional customer service. Staying abreast of market trends will enable you to provide valuable insights that contribute towards improving our products.

  • Report to the Sales Manager, taking charge of Project Sales
  • Work closely with Developers, Decision Makers, Maincons, Applicators for projects related to company product portfolio
  • Understand customer's technical requirements and business challenges deeply
  • Conduct product demonstrations highlighting how our products or services can solve customer's problems
  • Prepare and present technical proposals to potential clients
  • Provide training to clients on how to use the product or service effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor products
  • Work closely with the product development team, providing feedback from customers to help improve the product or service
  • Responsible for providing after-sales service, which includes troubleshooting any technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction


What you bring:
The ideal Sales Engineer will bring a wealth of experience in specification works within the construction industry. You will have a strong academic background, preferably in Chemical/ Civil Engineering or Architecture. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and fluency in English and Vietnamese will be essential for this role. Your ability to work both as part of a team and independently will be highly valued. We are looking for an energetic individual who is willing to travel and has a result-oriented mindset.

  • University graduation preferable in Chemical/ Civil Engineering/Architects
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in specification works in construction industries
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese - presentation and public speaking abilities in both languages
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Energetic personality with willingness to travel
  • Result-oriented mindset
