General Manager

A top global firm in machinery & equipment is seeking for a General Manager working in Ho Chi Minh city.

About the General Manager Role:

Proactively and efficiently approach customers to drive all sales activities and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all sales, marketing & operation activities of the company
• Responsible for strategic planning
• Drive sales to meet target
• Manage & motivate a team of 10 people
• Report to board of regional managers & the parent company on assigned dates

To succeed in this role, you must have leadership experience & excellent communication in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Engineering or relevant fields
• Excellent communication, especially English
• At least five years' experience in similar role
• Experience in machinery & equipment is preferred
• Mature and have eyes on details
