A chemical manufacturing company is expanding its business presence in Vietnam and now looking for Key Account Manager/ Sales Manager to take the challenge.
About the Key Account Manager Role:
You will take the responsibility to develop the business in Vietnam.
- Maintain and grow the existing accounts in Vietnam by providing accurate forecast, coordinating order fulfilment and coordinate technical support
- Closely follow up the customer payment to make sure it is on-time, contribute to maximise the free cash flow of business
- Handle customer requests and complaints skillfully to achieve good customer satisfactory rate
- Strong capability in channel partner management, work with local distributors to seek development opportunities in the field
- Engage local government projects
- Report fully, regularly and in the proper format according to company procedures
- Good knowledge of specialty plastic product and application
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Plastics or Chemical related industry as Sales & Marketing or Business Development
- Be able to develop new business opportunities from transplants and local customers
- Proven skills of account and distribution management
- Strong capability in internal and external communication
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Self-driven with good team working spirit
