About the Head of Sales Role:
The Head of Sales maintains the momentum and Sales consistency which results in increasing revenue and market share growth for the the company.
- Create and maintain the vision and strategy of the company
- Assess market trends and maintain an effective Marketing approach
- Actively engage in closing large opportunities with the Sales team
- Create and manage the Sales Department budget
- Create and manage career development plans for Sales Operations and Sales Executives
- Conduct weekly one-on-one discussions, monthly pipeline review and quarterly performance reviews
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with top management, across borders and internal matrix.
- Strong oral communication and presentation skills
- Five years' management experience working a team of three or more
- Ability to perform and meet KPI requirements
- Ability to understand local market and key industries present in the local market
