What you'll do:
As a National Sales Lead, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of this leading biopharmaceutical company. - Develop and establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- Recruit, manage, coach and develop the sales representative team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate the organisation vision into an effective commercial strategy
- Participate in developing territory sales targets and resource allocation
- Collaborate effectively with marketing team in planning, organising and implementing marketing events and promotional activities
- Provide regular and timely reports to the management team on market/customer/sales/competition movements
- Build and maintain strong business partnerships towards company products with key accounts partners, distributors, key opinion leaders and develop new product advocates
What you bring:
To excel as a National Sales Lead, you'll bring a wealth of experience from the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within ETC management. Your academic background in Business, Commerce, Economics or Science underpins your practical knowledge. With at least one year's experience in both sales management and people management, you're adept at guiding teams towards achieving ambitious targets. Your ability to adapt swiftly to changes within the pharmaceutical industry is crucial for this role. Lastly, your collaborative approach ensures you work effectively across various business contexts.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Science or related discipline
- At least five years’ sales experience in MNC pharmaceutical industry with ETC management background
- Minimum one year experience in sales management and people management
- Ability to adapt with the changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry (policy, digital)
- Good collaboration skills to work well with stakeholders in each business context
