What you'll do:

* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
* 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales in MNC with 2-3 years in people management
* Proven sales track record
* Strong leadership skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Strategic thinking abilities
* Proficiency in English
