What you'll do:
As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets by managing key accounts/projects. You will establish strong relationships with interior designers and corporate clients, ensuring that distribution and volume objectives are met. Your ability to create detailed work plans will be crucial in successfully completing projects. You will also be responsible for increasing brand awareness through daily interactions with project partners. Your role will involve making quotations and closing contracts under the guidance of the project sales manager and director board. Working closely with consultants, you will influence specifications for the brand. Additionally, you will provide weekly reports on visits, project status, competitors, and market changes.
- Cooperate with Designers, architects and developers to build and promote brand awareness
- Constantly monitor, follow up and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Increase awareness of the brand by daily approach, present and sent out catalog to all project’s partners
- Make quotation and close contract under guideline and support of project sales manager and director board
- Work with consultant to influence specification for the brand
- Weekly report on visits, project status, competitors, market changes to the manager
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Director position is a university graduate with a major in Business Administration, Foreign Trade or similar fields. You bring at least 5 years of experience in the building material market for projects such as elevator industry, furniture, aluminum, glass etc. Your experience working with investors, contractors and architects will be highly valued. Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office along with excellent communication skills are required. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, honest, able to travel regularly for business trips and can meet deadlines.
