What you'll do:

As the Head of Business Development, your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of contract logistics. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships within target accounts and influencing key decision-makers. Your proactive approach will enable you to identify business opportunities, assess customer needs, and craft tailored logistics solutions. Leading negotiations and closing deals will be part of your daily tasks. You will also build and lead a high-performing sales team that drives growth and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to deliver comprehensive solutions. What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Head of Business Development position, you bring a wealth of experience from the commercial or sales sector within contract logistics or the supply chain industry. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain or a related field. You have a proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and driving sales results. Your strong leadership skills have been honed through experience developing and managing high-performing teams. Your excellent negotiation, communication, and customer management skills set you apart from others. A strategic mindset coupled with a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management is essential for this role. Fluency in English is required.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in a Commercial or Sales role within Contract Logistics or the Supply Chain industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and driving sales results.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Fluency in English.
