What you'll do:
As a Senior Direct-to-Consumer Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be entrusted with overseeing the daily operations of exclusive retail stores. Your focus will be on optimising store performance through strategic management of inventory, merchandising standards, and visual presentation. By monitoring key metrics such as traffic flow and conversion rates, you will identify areas for improvement while collaborating with various teams—including eShop fulfilment—to create a seamless customer journey. You will also play an integral role in developing revenue strategies that enhance both financial outcomes and customer satisfaction. Through coordination of promotional events and analysis of market trends, you will help shape the future direction of these stores. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills as you work cross-functionally to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of exclusive store operations including inventory management, merchandising standards, and visual presentation to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as store traffic, conversion rates, and average transaction value to optimise results across multiple locations.
- Collaborate closely with the eShop team to fulfil customer orders as part of an integrated online-to-offline retail strategy.
- Liaise with partners to manage stock levels, product mix, and traffic sources in order to maximise store performance and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective strategies aimed at increasing revenue while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, activities, and product launches in partnership with the marketing team to drive engagement and sales.
