What you'll do:

As Head of International Business based in Ho Chi Minh, you will play a central role in shaping the company’s global footprint. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve orchestrating strategic initiatives that fuel expansion into new markets while ensuring operational excellence across all facets of international business.

  • Oversee all operations and activities within the international business department to ensure alignment with overall organisational strategy and mission.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas for key accounts across various markets and regions.
  • Project expected sales volumes and profit contributions for both existing portfolios and new products under OEM/OBM models.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive international sales programmes by creating actionable field sales plans tailored to each territory.
  • Monitor changing trends, economic indicators, competitor activity, supply-demand dynamics, and cost levels to maintain optimal sales volume.
  • Identify market entry opportunities in new regions and develop robust go-to-market strategies that maximise sales potential.
  • Select appropriate distributors for each brand portfolio in targeted territories through thorough market analysis.
  • Generate leads for OEM inquiries while defining approaches for new business acquisition and account retention.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to brainstorm project strategies and monitor profitability throughout project lifecycles.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies designed to drive business growth internationally while maintaining consistent brand identity.
