What you'll do:
As Regional Sales Manager Over the Counter Products based in Hanoi, you will play an instrumental part in shaping the commercial trajectory of well-established healthcare brands across North Vietnam. - Identify key opportunities within each territory to enhance product performance through close collaboration with marketing teams and understanding customer needs.
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team of medical representatives while fostering a positive team environment rooted in high performance and ongoing improvement.
- Implement segmentation and targeting strategies to optimise field force effectiveness, establishing individual KPIs for each subordinate and providing regular face-to-face coaching.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing monthly performance data at both country and territory levels to identify trends and recommend enhancements.

- Build strong relationships with major customers including pharmacy chains, purchasing groups, hospitals, distributors, and key opinion leaders relevant to each therapeutic area.

- Proven experience managing over-the-counter product portfolios within the Vietnamese market with deep knowledge of major customers and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in local key account management including building robust relationships with pharmacy chains, purchasing groups, hospitals, distributors, and KOLs.
- Track record of implementing successful marketing strategies through merchandising initiatives at point-of-sale environments (sell-in/sell-out frameworks).
- Fluency in both spoken and written English as well as Vietnamese enabling effective communication across diverse teams and external partners.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills encompassing leadership, coaching, influencing, negotiation, empathy, collaboration, dependability, sensitivity to others’ needs.
- Strategic mindset capable of understanding complex market dynamics; able to identify issues/opportunities quickly then develop multifaceted solutions that benefit all parties involved.
