We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive sales efforts in Southern Vietnam through public healthcare and hospital tender channels. This role involves managing a regional sales team, building distributor partnerships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence in public hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and regional growth.
- Lead sales activities, including hospital visits, product presentations, demos, and tenders.
- Recruit, train, and develop the regional sales team.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and hospital departments to drive business opportunities.
- Oversee tender processes from registration to contract execution.
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales; 2+ years in a management role preferred.
- Proven expertise in hospital tenders and public healthcare sales.
- Strong network with hospital procurement teams in Southern Vietnam.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to travel frequently.
