  • Directly manage relationships with key suppliers for Food Ingredients while collaborating closely with sourcing teams based in China, Paris, and the UAE to expand product offerings and achieve profit targets aligned with core organisational values.
  • Lead business development activities throughout Vietnam for assigned industry segments by cultivating strategic accounts and fostering strong partnerships.
  • Maintain effective communication with existing suppliers in the Food Ingredients sector to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Prospect potential customers within assigned food segments by building rapport, qualifying leads, and penetrating new accounts while remaining open to opportunities across all food applications.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to evaluate their current and future needs for products and services, providing tailored recommendations through coordination with relevant business units.
  • Proactively develop robust partnerships with suppliers to guarantee customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery standards.
  • Monitor market trends, best practices, and competitive activities to act as a market sensor for products and services within the Food Ingredients domain.

  • Demonstrated analytical abilities combined with strong planning skills enable you to forecast demand accurately and design effective inventory strategies.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English are vital for responding professionally to RFPs and engaging stakeholders across regions.
