Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for medical equipment across Southern Vietnam to achieve business objectives.

Analyse market trends, identify new opportunities, and implement growth-driven business plans.

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team through coaching, goal-setting, and performance evaluations.

Track sales performance, build accurate forecasts, and report insights to senior management.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to align commercial strategies and support business initiatives.

Expand distribution networks and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal company policies.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Support cross-functional projects and organisational initiatives when required.
What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or business development within the healthcare or medical device industry.

Strong understanding of Vietnam’s healthcare market.

Proven ability to build and manage relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
