Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for medical equipment across Southern Vietnam to achieve business objectives.

  • Analyse market trends, identify new opportunities, and implement growth-driven business plans.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team through coaching, goal-setting, and performance evaluations.

  • Track sales performance, build accurate forecasts, and report insights to senior management.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to align commercial strategies and support business initiatives.

  • Expand distribution networks and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal company policies.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Support cross-functional projects and organisational initiatives when required.


What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or business development within the healthcare or medical device industry.

  • Strong understanding of Vietnam’s healthcare market.

  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
