What You Will Do

Develop Your Market

• Build deep knowledge and a strong network within your specialist market

• Maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers

• Provide insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends

Partner with Clients

• Take detailed job briefs and understand clients’ business priorities

• Advise clients on recruitment strategies and candidate profiles

• Deliver a high-quality, consultative recruitment service rather than transactional hiring

Work with Candidates

• Identify, interview, and assess high-calibre professionals

• Offer honest, professional career advice and market insights

• Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through offer negotiations

• Build long-term candidate relationships beyond individual placements

Manage End-to-End Recruitment

• Own the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement

• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers smoothly and professionally

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence in all recruitment activities

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, consulting, or client-facing roles

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercial awareness and motivation to work in a performance-driven environment

• Professional, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Good English communication skills
