What you'll do:

  • Develop comprehensive project sales strategies for three major brands in the specialised construction materials segment, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
  • Lead all project sales activities in the Northern market by planning targets, allocating resources, tracking performance metrics, and making strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Analyse market dynamics, competitor activity, and technical applications to enhance brand positioning in waterproofing and construction materials.
  • Coach and mentor the Project Sales team on effective project management processes, sales planning techniques, and commercial skills development.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with investors, main contractors, specialised contractors, and strategic partners to increase project win rates.
  • Convert customers currently using competitors’ products to company solutions through technical consulting and commercial strategies tailored to their needs.
  • Strengthen collaboration with distributors and applicators to ensure high-quality execution of projects and deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with partners while ensuring compliance with regulations and maximising business value for all parties involved.
  • Represent the organisation in engagements with investors, contractors, consultants, and senior stakeholders to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Leverage technical expertise in waterproofing and construction materials to propose tailored solutions aligned with specific project requirements.

What you bring:

  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated through interactions with investors, main contractors or design consultants; fluency in Vietnamese is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) supports your daily reporting analysis presentations.
