The role is crucial to the success of the company and your ability to frequently convert high ticket campaigns, grow existing clients and win new business will be your core KPIs. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders will be essential for your success. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Vietnamese market.
  • Lead and manage the sales team in Vietnam, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to drive exceptional performance.
  • Work closely with regional and global sales teams to align strategies and optimize resources.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor actions, and customer needs to refine sales strategies as needed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales initiatives to broaden the company’s market presence.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the sales budget for Vietnam, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows in Vietnam.
  • Lead and manage the sales team in Vietnam, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to drive exceptional performance.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Country Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the Vietnam market. You will have at least 8 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales management role in Vietnam within media/advertising domain. A deep understanding of the local market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory landscape will be crucial to your success. Your excellent leadership and team management skills will enable you to lead and inspire your team to achieve their best. Your outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. You should have extensive experience in managing sales teams and developing successful go-to-market strategies and a strong contact book, especially within local brands and senior agency personnel.

  • At least 8 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales management role in Vietnam, particularly in media/advertising domain.
  • Prior experience in AdTech is a major advantage.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the Vietnam market.
  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
