Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales turnover through assigned customers, build and nurture relationships with key accounts, and strategies for business growth.

What you'll do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's success. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales turnover through your assigned customers. You will build and nurture relationships with these key accounts, ensuring that any issues are swiftly resolved. Your strategic planning skills will be put to use as you develop and execute plans for business growth. You will also be tasked with sourcing and developing new customers, conducting engaging sales presentations, formulating compelling sales proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with identified customer/target groups.

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Capturing and solving occurred issues relating to respective accounts
  • Conducting sales presentations and formulating sales proposals
  • Developing and building close rapport and relationships with identified customers/target groups
  • Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits

What you bring:

The ideal Business Development Manager will bring a wealth of experience in Sales B2B, backed by a degree in Business Administration or a related field. He/She will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing his/her to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, is essential for this role. The ability to travel as required is also necessary.

  • 5-7 years experience in Sales with proven management experience
