As a Sales Manager for the Hospital Channel, your primary responsibility will be to follow the Board of Directors' direction to plan and execute marketing activities. You will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in targeted hospitals, implementing marketing programs that drive brand visibility and new product trials. Your role will also involve managing retailer shops near hospitals, ensuring product listing and maintaining outstanding in-shop merchandising. Collaborating with marketing and MT teams will be crucial to maximise the effectiveness of marketing activities. Leading the sales team for the hospital channel, you will drive sales turnover while collecting market information to provide feedback to the BOD. Your role will also involve designing and proposing policies such as trade terms, credit lines, and sponsorships.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings significant experience working with hospital practices, boasting at least five years in this field. Fluency in English writing and speaking is essential, along with at least three years of people management experience. A background as a doctor, nurse, medical government member or related education would be advantageous. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent coordination and communication abilities.
