Our client is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager with a solid background in the cold storage or refrigeration industry. This role, based in the bustling city of Ho Chi Minh City, offers you the chance to play a pivotal role in expanding their client base and fostering robust relationships. You'll have the opportunity to market and sell cutting-edge cold storage and refrigeration solutions, while also offering technical support and product knowledge to customers.

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to boost the sales of cold storage and refrigeration solutions. You'll be proactive in discovering new business opportunities within the market, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. Your outstanding communication skills will be utilised as you prepare presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients. Additionally, you'll negotiate terms and seal sales deals, contributing significantly to our overall revenue growth. Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activities will be crucial for discovering new opportunities. Moreover, your collaboration with internal teams will ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

  • Market and sell cold storage and refrigeration solutions to potential clients

What you bring:

The perfect candidate for this Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the cold storage or refrigeration industry. With at least three years of sales experience under your belt, you possess a deep understanding of cold room solutions and refrigeration products. Your language proficiency in both Vietnamese and English enables you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Your ability to understand customer needs allows you to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, enabling you to close deals successfully. As a self-motivated individual, you are driven by results and can work independently without supervision. Lastly, your outstanding interpersonal skills enable you to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in cold storage, refrigeration, or a related industry
  • Deep understanding of cold room solutions and refrigeration products
  • Excellent command of both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
