What You’ll Own

  • Define and execute a winning commercial strategy that meets ambitious revenue targets.
  • Lead and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of ownership and success.
  • Act as the face of the business in client relationships, partnerships, and high-value negotiations.
  • Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and expand our presence globally.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end client engagement.
  • Monitor market trends and ensure we remain two steps ahead in a competitive landscape.

What You Bring

  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, with a proven track record in SaaS, IT services, or digital solutions.
  • You’ve built and led commercial teams, managed complex deal cycles, and exceeded 7-figure targets.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and close a deal yourself.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building trust and turning prospects into partners.
  • Experience working with global clients and navigating cross-functional dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; a natural leader and motivator required.
