About the General Manager Role:

The job includes activities in sales, finance, and operation to ensure the quality and sales revenue of their aqua feed business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing business strategy and action plans, identifying new revenue streams
• Leadership to the aqua feed business
• Developing talent for succession planning through all levels of the organisation
• Building major client relationships to sustain organic growth
• Building a continuous improvement culture, introducing best practice, new ideas and opportunities
• Ensuring adequate resources are in place to deliver to target and continue to grow
• Ensuring employee engagement is a top priority for the country management team
• Contributing to the direction and success of the country result as an integral member of the company’s leadership team
• P&L responsibility, budget creation and control

To succeed in the role, you are required to have strong experience in boosting sales and ensuring the operation of their mill.

Key Requirements:

• At least 15 years total working experience in feed milling business, five years of relevant experience holding sales management role in aqua feed business
• English is a must
• Experience of successfully leading a business unit with P&L responsibility
• Experience in strategy development, change management and generate/build client relationships
