Senior Sales Manager (HN)

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a Senior Sales Manager in HN. In this job, you will manage a team and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Senior Sales Manager (Hanoi) Role:

In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales-related activities to your sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales in all channels including but not limited to projects (heavy industries as well as buildings) and distribution to achieve sales target for nationwide
• Capable to advise/solve technical issue to business partners
• Responsible for developing and coaching sales team
• Handle all KPI/docs for presenting to GD

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least five -10 year working experience as the same level ( Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Director/ Head of Sales Department)
• Extended network with heavy as well as building project developers, contractors/sub contractors as well as distribution channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Good team management skill
