Senior Sales & Marketing Manager - Lubricant (North)

A global company is looking for talented Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for promoting the entire business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales and marketing - related activities.

About the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development, delivering the highest quality service alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and brand strategies to achieve mid-term management goals and develop roadmap for mid to long-term plan
• Develop and lead marketing and branding goals and strategies for launch of new brand of products in Asia Pacific region
• Develop key indicators to monitor and measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
• Works closely with multi-functional teams to drive marketing channels and marketing campaigns, ensure alignment with overall organisational strategy
• Responsible for the overall lubricant sales: 4W, 2W, diesel & gear
• Responsible for the overall sales team management
• Transform & provide training regarding sales directions & policies to sales team members
• Set up the sales manual & activities directions to sales team members
• Be responsible for sales strategies planning, monitoring, analysing and result evaluating process
• Set up the expenses budget, GP calculation and supporting program mechanism
• Coordinate with finance, supply chain, operation team, sales team for program implementation
• Coordinate with head office & regional quarter for sales strategies & directions
• Monitor competition by gathering current market-place information on pricing, product, competitor activities, market trend.
• Plan and set up KPI to expand brand recognition and carry out activities

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Marketing or other related fields
• Have at least 10 years of relevant working experience in marketing role in a global brand goals and strategies for launch of new brand of products in Vietnam
• Proven record of experience in launching brands in global market
• Experience in FMCG / Oil & Gas / automotive industries will be advantageous
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns and experience in building digital strategies
• Experience in building media communication plans
• Hands on experience in market analysis, competitor and customer insights analysis is required
• Good relationship management skills to liaise with internal and external partners
• Strong in English communication and analytical skills
• High degree of business acumen
• Self-motivated, independent, flexible and resourceful
