Sales Manager (Vietnam/HCMC/Hanoi)

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a Sales Manager in Vietnam. In this job, you will work with team and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Sales Manager Role:

In this role you will be responsible for sales activities for Vietnam market. You will also plan, conduct and evaluate all project field sales activities in order to promote and support the company brand name in the assigned project market and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
• Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them
• Generate, leads and establish and nurture customer relationships both new and existing customers
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and expand market shares
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts
• Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer or related field
• At least five years of experiences in managing sales and technical
• Sales experience with construction materials or construction chemicals
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Super leadership ability
