A rapidly expanding garment & apparel company is looking for talented General Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to take a newly created role. In this job, you will work independently and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the General Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development, delivering the highest quality service alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire business unit
• Developing and maintaining the business with clients in both local and oversea markets
• Working closely with Global Director
• Providing good quality of customer services, technical consultation
• Directly involve to the marketing, branding activities

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years or more of successful experience at management positions
• Experience working within the apparel industry and an understanding of design, product development, sourcing/manufacturing, and downstream supply chain
• Strong preference for existing network of brand relationships
• Ability to navigate complex buying organisations, including executive decision makers and key influencers, across multiple geographies
• Proven leadership skill managing Sales, Marketing, Merchandise, Customer Service Teams and work with operations team
• Good English communication
