About the Head of Sales Role:
In this role you will be responsible for sales activities for market of the whole Vietnam. You will also plan, conduct and evaluate all project field sales activities, manage distributors and stakeholders in order to promote and support the company brand name in the assigned project market, key accounts and channels.
Strategically drive the attainment of annual revenue and profit targets through the application of consultative selling techniques
Devise and execute sales and marketing initiatives aimed at achieving company objectives related to sales volume and profitability
Secure widespread distribution of products within the market while concurrently enhancing the reach of the distribution channel
Foster lasting business relationships, facilitating cross-selling opportunities across diverse product lines
Identify and tap into emerging market segments, conducting thorough market research to comprehend client needs and evaluate competitor's products and pricing strategies, particularly in projects and commercial spaces
Provide expert guidance to the local sales team, encompassing close monitoring, precise planning, target setting, and performance assessment
Leverage CRM tools for comprehensive management of activities, including maintaining a client database, overseeing projects, managing showroom resources, and executing marketing endeavours
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Possesses a university degree or higher educational qualification
Proficient in both spoken and written communication in the local language
Demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and a profound passion for cultivating new relationships within the industry
Exudes a creative, extroverted personality while maintaining maturity, honesty, self-motivation, and a result-driven orientation
Boasts a proven track record of accomplishments within the building industry, particularly in project-based environments
Capable of establishing connections with top-tier stakeholders including developers, architects, designers, MEP consultants, plumbers, and contractors
Exhibits excellent professional English proficiency and exceptional communication abilities spanning all organisational levels
Possesses a robust background within the sanitary/piping building materials sector, accumulating a minimum of 10 years' industry experience
Displays a willingness to travel within the designated region, with a travel capacity of up to 20%
