About the Head of Business Development role:
As the Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships within the crossborder advertisers. Your team will be responsible of identifying new business opportunities, promoting this ads solution and growing the revenue. This is a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively expand the client portfolio, encompassing media/creative agencies and direct clients
Create persuasive sales presentations that showcase the utility of our advertising products in engaging with consumers
Assist advertisers in constructing and executing impactful campaigns, gauging their effectiveness, and fostering renewals and upsells to boost revenue
Collaborate closely with both internal and external ad operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns
Oversee the payment structure and terms in dealings with clients
Establish a presence as a thought leader by immersing yourself in the ever-evolving digital media landscape and adapting to our continuous product innovations
Work in collaboration with agencies and direct advertisers to comprehend their campaign goals, identify and recommend suitable platforms, and develop efficient campaigns
Effectively manage and motivate a team of experienced Sales and Account Managers, driving them towards achieving their targets
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree accompanied by a minimum of seven years of experience in overseeing digital marketing initiatives for advertisers or their affiliated agencies
Experience in the cross border industry (drop shipping, print on demand, ....)
Demonstrated ability in establishing, fostering, and elevating customer relationships
Proficiency in managing extensive customer relationships, including adept conflict resolution and the ability to guide groups toward collective business decisions
A proven track record of translating marketing objectives into tangible outcomes for advertisers
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive inclination toward issue resolution
A natural aptitude for creativity and a preference for working within small, collaborative teams with limited supervision
A robust comprehension of the digital marketplace and a keen awareness of competitive dynamics
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
Experience managing a team of minimum 3 sales reps with revenue targets
An open-minded, self-motivated, team-oriented, and can-do attitude
