About the Sales Manager Role:

A leading provider of high-quality fluid system components, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our presence in the semiconductor market in Hanoi, Vietnam. As the Sales Manager, focus on semiconductor market, your primary objective is to drive sales and business growth in Hanoi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the semiconductor market in Hanoi effectively. Identify market opportunities and potential customers
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, including semiconductor manufacturers, research institutions, and related organisations. Understand their needs and challenges
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our product offerings relevant to the semiconductor industry. Provide technical support and expertise to clients
• Lead and manage the local sales team. Provide guidance, set targets, and ensure the team is aligned with the company's goals
• Set and achieve revenue targets for the semiconductor market in Hanoi. Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective sales initiatives
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the semiconductor sector. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to the Sales & marketing Director

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong focus on the semiconductor market. Active, hunting sales skill
• Knowledge of fluid system components and a technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and B2B direct sales skill
• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
