About the Sales Director Role:
As the Sales Director for the Vietnam market, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the Vietnam market
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and penetrate new market segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer-centric solutions
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management
Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role
Strong track record of driving sales growth, achieving targets, and expanding market share
Excellent understanding of the Vietnam market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry trends
Exceptional communication, negotiation, English , and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
