Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and our product offerings. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to clients
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use this information to refine sales strategies
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products and solutions

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the HVAC, refrigeration, industrial fan
Established network within the HVAC and refrigeration, industrial Fan sector in Vietnam
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to adapt to a dynamic market and industry changes
