What you'll do:

As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop effective strategies that align with our goals, whilst building profitable relationships with key stakeholders. You'll also be tasked with identifying new opportunities for growth through comprehensive market research. Your ability to manage and negotiate with various parties will be crucial in ensuring our continued success. Furthermore, you'll be expected to prepare detailed reports on our commercial activities, set performance goals, monitor progress using key metrics, and assist in setting financial targets.

  • Developing and implementing effective commercial strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Building and maintaining profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and increased revenue through thorough market research
  • Managing and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Commercial Manager position will bring proven experience from a similar role within a dynamic business environment. You will have an in-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis, coupled with solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes. Your excellent organisational skills will enable you to prioritise important projects effectively. Strong negotiation skills are essential for this role, along with an innate problem-solving attitude. Exceptional communication skills are also required, as is the ability to foster positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar role within a dynamic business environment
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial / budgeting processes
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a problem-solving attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
