This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a sales team, develop marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, identifying potential clients, and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic sales team within the Consumer Goods & Retail sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will also collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure consistent communication and offer delivery to clients. Your proactive approach in preparing marketing materials and your commitment to visiting or contacting clients regularly will contribute significantly to achieving sales targets.

  • Lead the sales team and promote efficient sales activities to achieve sales targets
  • Identify potential clients and approach them for selling services
  • Maintain good relationship with existing clients to improve sales revenue
  • Prepare marketing materials for sales activities such as brochures, leaflets, presentations, service capability, price lists, etc.
  • Create plans to visit clients or contact them via phone or email and implement these plans
  • Work closely with Customer Service Team to shape a best selling mode and deliver good offers to clients


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing within the Consumer Goods & Retail sector. With at least five years of relevant experience under your belt, you possess excellent communication and negotiation skills that enable you to build strong relationships with clients. Your proficiency in English and Microsoft Office enhances your ability to prepare comprehensive business reports. Your strong management skills allow you to lead a team effectively while your experience in handling client complaints/claims ensures customer satisfaction.

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales & marketing of related products or services
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong management skills
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive business reports including sales achievement, project approach, market information, competitors' activities etc.
  • Experience in handling client complaints/claims and collecting outstanding debts
