Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in improving our client's market position within the HVAC sector. You will be tasked with building key customer relationships, identifying lucrative business opportunities, and closing business deals. Your ability to develop strong rapport with new clients will be crucial in this role. Leveraging your technical knowledge and sales experience, you will provide valuable advice and support on a range of HVAC products. You will also have the opportunity to directly approach ongoing projects, make technical presentations, screen reports for HVAC opportunities, negotiate deals, and identify potential HVAC specialists.

  • Prospect for new clients by networking, phone calls, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company
  • Develop a rapport with new clients and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
  • Use technical knowledge along with sales experiences to provide advice and support on a range of HVAC products
  • Directly approach ongoing projects from the list of potential developers, collect information and set up meetings with the developers
  • Make technical presentations demonstrating how a product meets client needs
  • Screen reports to identify unitary opportunities such as schools, factories, shopping malls etc.
  • Negotiate to close deals and deliver sales
  • Identify potential HVAC specialists in the market who can become our dealers and expand our dealer’s network

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role brings a wealth of experience in HVAC/project sales industry along with a solid educational background in HVAC/Electrical, Mechanical or Engineering. With at least 5 years of experience in a management level role, you have honed your skills in market research, report making, and sales forecasting. Your ability to identify customer needs and challenges, coupled with your extensive market knowledge and commitment to meeting AOP goals, will be key to your success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.

  • Graduated from university with HVAC/Electrical, mechanical or Engineering background
  • 5 years increasingly responsible experience working in HVAC/project sales industry
  • At least 5 year experience in management level
  • Knowledge of Market research, report making, closing skills, motivation for sales, sales forecast
  • Identification of Customer needs and challenges, market knowledge, meeting goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
