Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business-to-Business Sales Director to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and projects, while promoting brand awareness in the building material market. This role requires nationawide management and a minimum of five years' experience in the building material market for projects.

What you'll do:

As a Business-to-Business Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in achieving individual sales targets through effective management of key accounts/projects. You will proactively establish and maintain relationships with interior designers and corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include cooperating with designers, architects, and developers to build brand awareness; monitoring, following up, and reporting on project progress; creating detailed work plans; increasing brand awareness; making quotations; closing contracts; working with consultants; and providing weekly reports.

* Cooperate with designers, architects, and developers to build and promote brand awareness

* Monitor, follow up, and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders

* Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

* Increase awareness of the brand by daily approach, presentation, and distribution of catalogues to all project’s partners

* Make quotations and close contracts under the guideline and support of project sales manager and director board

* Work with consultants to influence specification for product brands

* Provide weekly reports on visits, project status, competitors, market changes to the manager

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Business-to-Business Sales Director role brings a wealth of experience from the building material market for projects. With at least five years' experience under your belt, you have honed your ability to work effectively with investors, contractors, and architects. Your fluency in Vietnamese and English enables you to communicate effectively across diverse teams. You are proficient in Microsoft Office which aids you in managing tasks efficiently. Your excellent communication skills will be key in establishing and nurturing relationships with interior designers and corporate clients.

* Minimum of five years' experience in the building material market for projects (e.g., elevator industry, furniture, aluminium, glass etc.)

* Experience working with investors, contractors, and architects

* Fluency in Vietnamese and English

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Excellent communication skills
