This role presents the chance to cultivate, sustain and augment sales of an assorted product range through a well-structured distribution network across Vietnam.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager for the Aquaculture Industry, you will play a crucial role in cultivating, sustaining and augmenting sales of our diverse product range. You will be instrumental in overseeing local sales executives, ensuring they adhere to proceedings while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Your ability to monitor market trends and competitor intelligence will be vital in steering our strategic direction. With your strong interpersonal skills, you will build lasting relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional after-sales service. Your commitment to achieving targets will see you supporting forecasting activities and maintaining commercial relationships to ensure set turnover is achieved.

  • Assist in establishing and executing sales strategy throughout Vietnam
  • Oversee local sales executives in their daily tasks ensuring adherence to proceedings
  • Ensure commercial growth in alignment with budgets for designated area and product portfolio
  • Promote growth and durability of product distribution network
  • Offer after-sales service for established clientele
  • Monitor market trends and competitor intelligence
  • Execute marketing activities in cooperation with distributors
  • Coordinate with technical support team on specific customer or distributor queries
  • Support forecasting activities
  • Maintain commercial relationships with customer portfolio to ensure set turnover is achieved

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role brings a wealth of experience from the aquaculture sector, preferably specialising in shrimp farming. You are educated to degree level or hold a similar qualification. Your strong English verbal communication skills enable you to build and maintain relationships with ease. You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, which aids you in your daily tasks. Your service-minded approach, coupled with your focus on achieving targets, makes you a valuable team member. Your flexibility and interest in technical development will be key to your success in this role. Having a strong personal network within the shrimp industry would be advantageous.

  • Experience in aquaculture, preferably in shrimp farming
  • Bachelor degree or similar qualification
  • Strong English verbal communication skills
